OK Durango It's On!
Oktoberfest began in Munich, Germany, in 1810 as a celebration of the marriage of Crown Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese. What started as a royal wedding celebration grew into an annual tradition filled with music, food, beer, dancing, games, and Bavarian culture. Today, Oktoberfest is celebrated around the world, bringing people together to celebrate community and good times.
In Durango, Oktoberfest is an opportunity to embrace that same spirit while creating a uniquely local celebration—bringing residents and visitors together in the heart of downtown to enjoy live music, local food and beer, traditional games, and the welcoming community spirit that makes Durango special.
